Q: Some of the internal pages are broken.
A: There has been a massive rehaul to the system. Until recently, there hasn't been time to address these issues. They are being fixed as quickly as possible.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: We have no way to access your original password. If you have forgotten your password, we will have to issue a temporary one. If you wish to do this, go to forgot your password and fill out the form. You will receive an email confirming you wish to have your password reset. After you have followed the confirmation email, you will be able to log into the system and change the temporary password in your preferences page.
Q: What if I want to make another resume with similiar information. Will I have to re-enter everything?
A: No. Our site is designed to save everything that you enter. After completing one resume, you are easily able to login and edit any of your previous information to create and print another resume.
